Dr. Chikamso Luke Madubuike is an accomplished professional with a unique background in Computing and Information and Communication Technology, who has recently been appointed as the Vice President of Nigeria Computer Society Anambra State Chapter in Anambra State. He is a member of Nigeria Computer Society and a Founder/MD CM-toptechnology and Integrated Services Ltd. His career represents a shift from international scientific research to public and academic service.

Currently, he holds a position of the Vice President of Nigeria Computer Society Anambra State Chapter. Born into the family of Ven. Dr and Mrs G.O Madubuike, Okija in Ihiala Local Government Area, he was raised with values of discipline, diligence, integrity, and service. Described as a visionary leader, he is known for his advocacy of data-driven leadership and comprehensive educational and IT reform.

He began his academic journey at Central Primary School Abagana, before attending the prestigious Bishop Crowther Seminary Awka, for his secondary education. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Paul University, Awka, before proceeding to the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State for his Master's degree in Computer Science. He recently earned a PhD in Computer Science at Paul University.

His experience spans industry, academic research, and international scientific development.
